There is now an even easier way to install your homebrew apps on your Palm Pre. Head on over to Pre Central and check out the WebOS Quick Install app. All you have to do is drag and drop the files to your phone, it doesn’t get much easier.

Over on pimpmypre is an app that allows you to download and install pre applications, ringtones, sounds and wallpapers OTA with a single click. It’s called PreLoad.
